Absolutely beautiful authentic and highly desirable 1966 427 Shelby AC Cobra. Documented by SAAC (Shelby American Automobile Club). Original Red Cobra with Black interior and Sunburst wheels. Billed to Shelby American on 2/14/66.
This eye catching Cobra was pictured in the November 2003 issue of Musclecar Enthusiast and the 2004 issue of Muscle Car Milestones. pgs. 110–111. identifying the 427 Cobra as the top Musclecar of all time. SAAC registry shows total production total of 348 cars.
A restoration was completed around 2007-2008. Car has fresh red flawless paint completed in 2016.
Currently running a fresh powerful 427 engine. Make sure you are pointed straight when you give it the gas!!!
Purchased by current owner from Michael Armand Hammer in May of 2014.
