Beautiful show quality restored 1969 GTX in original B5 Blue. white interior. white vinyl top as documented by original fender tag. Car was original California car with no major rust issues. All panels original to car. The previous owner had sent this car to a professional restorer in Wisconsin where all body/paint/drive train work was done professionally. Top and bottom of car has been painted in base clear and sanded and polished to a show finish. Motor was bored . 30 over and built back to original specs. Transmission and rear end were also gone through at that time. I purchased the car when the owner ran out of money to finish the car. It was brought to Texas and over the past couple of  years the interior. glass. plumbing. brakes and trim were completed. This car is show quality having just won an Outstanding in Class at the Dallas Autorama in March of this year. Here are specifics of the car:

Drive Train:The block is a period correct NOM with a 2/23/69 build date with the Air Grabber. It has a new 650 Edelbrock carburetor with electric choke for dependability. It has monster torgue and never gets over the half way point on the temperature gauge. Oil pressure runs 45-50 lbs. The transmission is period correct 727 and shifts smoothly. The rear end is the bigger horsepower "489" with 3:23 gears. New 2 1/2" Exhaust with Flowmaster Series 40 mufflers.
Body:Body is show quality. gaps. paint. trim are excellent. Rear and front glass are new and all side glass is original with Mopar logos still visible. All weather stripping is new. Original bumpers have been re-chromed to show quality.
Interior:All new Legendary interior. Original thumbnail radio has been upgraded to am/fm/aux with Custom Autosound tweeter/base speakers under front seats. Car has what I believe to be a rather rare 2 Speed Rear Window Defroster. Works perfectly. All gauges/switches work except for windshield wipers. I wasn't worried about that. never will see rain.
Tires/Wheels:Brakes are 4 wheel drums with 15x8 front and 15x10 rear new Magnum wheels. Tires are new 255/60 front and 295/50 rear Diamondback Redlines.
I have driven this car now just 170 miles and it drives. brakes and steers great. Moving on to a new project. so no trades please.
This car needs to be seen and driven to be appreciated. Everyone's opinion can vary so I encourage a visual inspection. I am located approximately 65 miles south of the Dallas/Ft. Worth airport. For more information please contact me through ebay or call Mark. 817-648-5577.
CAR WILL NOT BE RELEASED UNTIL ALL FUNDS HAVE CLEARED.
