Dodge Ram 1500 5.9ltr Quad Cab Pick Up Truck Petrol/LPG

I have always wanted to have a big. head-turning V8 truck with a rumbling exhaust so I bought this one a year ago. I have now driven the Ram over 7000 miles and loved every minute and every mile! 

 This ‘no expense spared' loved truck is for sale only because my wife has persuaded me to go travelling in our recently purchased American RV and I have nowhere to keep it.

This SLT is the post face lift model with a 5. 9 magnum engine. which benefits from an LPG conversion that dramatically improves the running cost. The V8 starts first time and sounds fantastic.

Seats 6 people comfortably and has column shift automatic transmission with cruise control.   It is white with blue viper stripes (traditional Dodge colours) and has a GT Auto Alarm system which is Thatcham approved. Air conditioning. electric windows (tinted rear). AM/FM/Cassette. hidden spot lights (behind the grill) and a tow hitch with new tow bar wiring and sockets (£370).

I currently have the original 17 inch highly polished chrome wheels fitted with plenty of tread left. It also comes with a set of four 22 inch chrome wheels complete with low profile tyres (although the wheels are only three years old. the chrome is lifting around the edges. The tyres are like new. (The package cost over £2k).

It has a ‘truck tent' which is a dome tent that fits within the size of the truck bed and is attached via straps to the bodywork.   The tent is new and unused and a very interesting novelty which I have displayed at various shows.

I have installed a new Varta HD truck battery (£120). a Profusion Customs stainless steel exhaust (£700).

The Dodge has been looked after for me by North American Motors in Farnborough. They gave it a full service in Feb 2013 (£430) a Diagnostics tune-up with a new coil pack in August (£215).  

 Other extras include; a chrome billet front grill upgrade. chrome 3rd brake light upgrade. Altezza chrome style rear light cluster upgrades. chrome bug shield and a relatively new bed cover. Also. the bed is lined. The original rear lights and standard red 3rd brake light have been retained and there is a spare wing mirror unit.
