Look Here. We have a Rare 1962 Chevrolet Impala SS409 425 HP Dual Quad. 5 Speed Tremec Convertible. This Car was fully restored about 12 years ago by two 409 gurus. Who know there stuff. The restoration was a complete frame off with every thing being restored or rebuilt. to above and beyond factory specs.  The engine is not a numbers or date code correct engine. But it is a correct 1963 409 cu. in.  425 HP The engine was built again above and beyond factory specs.  The front end suspension was upgraded with 2" drop spindles and the installation of frt disk brakes were installed also. Has up graded sway bars frt and rear by Classic Industries plus they installed a 605 GM quick ratio steering box.  The car was treated to a professional paint job using PPG Roman Red wet sanded and polished to a fine shine. It has a CARS reproduction interior and is in great shape. The car has had the rear end up graded to a Curry rear end with a final 4:11 ratio with the 5 speed give you great fun around town. But with the 5 speed cruises on the highway at 70 mph at 2000 rpm make for a great cruiser. The car has its original factory 7000 rpm tach and works correctly. Has a Factory looking stereo with cassette with power amp and 6 pack CD player in the trunk. Has 17" American Racing Torque Trust II Wheels with BFG tires front and rear which are like new. Sorry the front tires are brand new.   Paint is Great. Glass is prefect. Chrome is better than new. Stainless is in great shape. Interior is almost new. carpet is great. console and dash are great shape. Top is like new and works prefect. boot cover is as new. Every thing work as it was mennt to. There are no know leaks of any kind. I will drive this car to you anywhere in Canada or the USA if you pay for the fuel. motels. nbsp;food and a plane ticket home for me. This car drives better than it looks and that's very hard to do.  I have a current appraisal on hand. I also have may photos of the car just ask can send link if your interested. Oh forgot has 4 link with boxed control arms. Also lots more I don't remember.
