This is a 1973 Land Rover Series III-88 with  Left Hand drive.  petrol.  2. 25L. and is a 3 owner truck with 29. 60 miles (undocumented).  The truck is an unrestored. daily driver. in presentable condition considering it's 44 years in Montana and Oregon.  The original paint and patina can be seen in the photos.  The roof was repaired (a CB antenna hole and roof rack damage) and painted the proper Limestone color.  There is some minor damage from snow/ice falling on the passenger front fender as shown.  The windscreen and rear winows have been removed and reglazed.  The front windscreen has new weather strip gasketing on the top and bottom.  The fresh air vents both have new gaskets.  The 5-16 inch wheels were cleaned and painted Limestone and the  BFG LT235/85R16 tires were installed August 2016.  They have approximately 1. 00 miles on them.  The hood mounted tire is a 235/75R15 Master Craft tire. condition unknown (for show only).  The front axles have Warn locking hubs. and the truck is fitted with parabolic springs.  The black interior is servicable but is worn. with some small tears.  The dash has some cracks as shown in the pictures.  The seating surface of the rear bench cushions are in good shape.  Underneath the seat cushions have been repaired with black tape.  The rear floor has a fitted removable rubber mat.  The headliner appears to be original and is in good condition.
The 2. 25L gasoline inline 4 cylinder engine and 4 speed synchromesh transmission are believed to be original.  The engine runs smoothly with the proper oil pressure.  The valve guides were recently replaced.  There are some fluid drips as expected.  The radiator was recently reconditioned and the temperature guage runs "cool".  The overdrive and the 4 wheel drive/high-low work as they should. The brakess and master cylinder have been recently replaced.  The Smiths heater/defroster/blower works. as well as the lights. guages. turn signals. horn and windscreen washers.  Included in the sale are the following:   The original Owners Manual.  Repair Operation Manual.  Auto Books Workshop Manual. Haynes Restoration Manual. Bottle Jack. Lug Wrench. Hand Crank. Jack Handle (no Jack). set of metric/SAE sockets. Jack Stands and a flat 20 foot nylon tow rope. The interior panels that were removed. due to their condition. are also included. The driver and passenger seats have lap/shoulder belts.  The center seat has a lap belt only.  The rear bench seats have 2 sets of lap belts each.  All in working condition. There is some minor rust on the driver's side rear inside the bumper.  Also. underneath the rear seat bracket that the seat bolts through needs attention.  See pictures.
