1964 Lincoln Continental convertible

For sale is a 1964 Lincoln Continental Convertible Project. The car has passed the last 20 years in primer in a cement floor heated garage. The car comes with lots of NOS and replacement parts (chrome. interior parts. carpet. ).

Car is located in Ottawa. Ontario. Licensed on the road in Ontario.  

The car runs and drives well (the fluids have been flushed and replaced). The motor sounds good and is not smoking. The suspension feels tight and brakes work.  The car has the Fm Am radio which works. the lights. blinkers. heater etc. are all working. The dash. door panels have no cracks and are in very good condition. The odometer has 10 885 Miles and is working. The power seats are fully functional. the front windows are working. The rear drivers side window is not going up or down and the convertible top mechanism is disconnected when it was prepped for paint before being stored many years ago (it is complete and has not been meddled with).  Original matching numbers 430 with post diff. and the car is fully loaded.  

As for the body it is very solid. the car was primed many years ago before being stored indoors and it has protected the car. The undercarriage is not perfect and might need some work (some surface rust starting). The hood on the passenger side has some rust on the underside seem. The door sills. door jams and floors are solid. The engine compartment is very nice and wouldn't take much to make looking perfect. The chrome looks very nice (the drivers side mirror has some pitting and the passenger side headlight bezel has some pitting starting as well. )

The car comes with lots of extra original used parts and NOS parts (some doubles) to complete the restoration. The car can be driven as is but will require new tires. bodywork and a paintjob to properly be enjoyed. I believe the original color of the car was Silver.
