2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Greetings -
Up for sale is my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland High Altitude that is completely loaded and has a ton of features that I will try to touch on so you know what you are getting.  
First of all. I bought this Jeep brand new in August 2015 for my wife who is a stay at home mother (so obviously does not drive that often). We love this vehicle and Jeep truly does a great job of providing luxury for a decent price. but we are selling to reduce some costs for some investments we are making.  
During the 18 months we have owned this vehicle. it has been pampered. as pictured it has a cover to keep from the elements when not in use. a sun visor to protect the interior when parked in the sun. and weather proof mats to keep the carpet clean. We do not smoke and were very careful about food and drink in the car. Also. I kept her washed and waxed properly using the best techniques and always made sure to get under the hood and door seals. I kept the leather seats treated with leather cleaner and conditioner. and we rarely had passengers in the back so the interiors still looks and smells brand new. As shown by the vehicle records in the pictures. I have had two oil change services. tire rotations. and balancing completed during the 13. 00 miles of ownership (just serviced at 12. 00 miles and currently has 13. 13).  The tires are still like new with plenty of tread and they are high quality Goodyear tires.  
I did not include in the pics because it was difficult to see. but there are a couple scratches over the driver side rear fender well. These are not noticeable from a distance but can be seen up close. These scratches resulted from brushing up against the vinyl fence gate for the back entrance to my property. I tried to have them buffed out. which again they are barely noticeable. but for full disclosure they are there. This is the only accident the vehicle has ever been in.

I am sure there are things I am missing but it is loaded and truly a luxury vehicle for $38. 00.
This car is located in Huntington. WV and you will be responsible for pick up.  
Also. there is a loan on this vehicle so your lender will have to contact my lender to payoff and get title. The loan amount is less the selling price so there aren't any issues for title release once paid. I will work with your lender to get all paperwork and payoff squared away.
