It still retains it's correctly mounted - FACTORY ORIGINAL - cowl mounted Buick data plate and it's - FACTORY ORIGINAL - dash mounted Buick VIN tag. both of which are shown in pictures below. Sounds GREAT too with the THROATY true dual exhaust system with dual chrome tips. The engine is backed by a SMOOTH - "TH400" three speed Turbo Hydra-Matic automatic transmission which is also functioning very well. The BEAUTIFUL !! - VERY NICE - CORRECT Code "173" - Buckskin Tan Vinyl GS400 bucket seat interior is in VERY NICE condition including VERY NICE Buckskin Tan Vinyl front bucket seats.
