2002 CORVETTE Well Equipped & Fresh 6-Speed Manual

This magnificent metallic silver Corvette is well equipped. cosmetically good and running strong. It is factory equipped with black leather (good condition). heads-up display (functions like new). and power everything including dual climate control and power seats. If you are familiar with the C5 series you will already know they are reliable grand tourers which provide near supercar performance yet can be serviced at your favorite Chevrolet dealer or local garage. The most problematic issue with the C5 series was the manual 6-speed gearbox which often caused significant problems and/or failure…and this car was no exception. However. a new transmission. flywheel and clutch assembly were recently installed (3. 00 miles ago).

The car is mostly stock and sports the body color lift off roof (which may be stored in the spacious cargo area). However I freshened it up with a set of light TSW Nurburgring alloy wheels (17” front  & 18” rear) shod with Cooper Zeon RS3-S ultra-high performance tires (wheels and tires have approximately 3. 00 miles).  Additionally. the new owner will receive the stock Corvette aluminum wheels with tires (although at least one wheel leaks and would need to be repaired). The sound system was updated with a new KENWOOD Excelon CD Receiver (Bluetooth. USB. etc. ) with upgraded speakers from Columbus Car Audio. The comparatively restrictive factory exhaust has been replaced with a long-life performance BORLA stainless steel unit which looks aggressive and sounds spectacular. A nice fitted indoor/outdoor Corvette car cover is also included.

The car does have some minor issues (cloudy mirror). flip lights (work but noisy). minor door edge damage (hit when opening). etc. which will require some TLC but I am unaware of any significant needs…it simply looks great and runs strong.   As nice as this car is. I recognize that most Corvettes are well kept. this beauty does not have extremely low mileage and it has been priced accordingly and in light of the recent upgrades and service. Rest assured. it has a clear title. was locally owned and is a solid example which could easily function as a daily driver or could last for years as a summer fun ride.
