1979 Peugeot 604 V6 SL

In regard to the Michigan title for the 1979 Peugeot 604 V6 SL; application was made for a new title on March 29. 2017.   The title is currently being processed through the Michigan Secretary of States office.   The original title was a legitimate Michigan title. however because the foreign Vin #. which only has 14 digits is less than the usual 17 digits. this seems to be having a delaying effect on the processing.   I have been in contact with the Michigan Secretary of States office concerning this delay and they are trying to expedite the processing.   As of Saturday 4/15/17. I received an email from the Michigan Secretary of States office.   They have acknowledged that the title has an update error.   As soon as their Vehicle Update Unit corrects this error. I should receive the title in 7 to 10 business days.     

This vehicle was inherited by me. therefore the condition and overall disassembly is not my doing.

There are several boxes of parts that are included with the car. along with interior componets too numerous to mention.   The undercarriage is very solid with with no visible rust.   However. there are relatively small rust through spots on the doors. fender(s) and roof; with the roof being the worst.   The mileage is 79. 00.   Leather seats with some splits in the seams.   The dashboard has been replaced.   There is at least one. possibly two replacement steering wheels. one of which needs to be installed.   On the lower half of the passenger door there is a crease. nbsp;that needs body work repair.   The windshield and other glass is ok.   The clearcoat has peeled.   Tires are 60% tread on 14 inch wheels.   The intake with carburetor and distributor need to be reinstalled.   The headlight assembly and front bumper need to be reinstalled.   I believe that the bumber and headlight assembly pictured on the hood of the car are correct.   There is a full formed carpet assembly to drop into the trunk.   To the best of my knowledge. this car was running prior to the disassembly.

Pick-up and shipping of the car and available above mentioned parts and accessories are the buyers responsibility.  

The title to the 1979 Peugeot will either be given only to the buyer upon pick-up or his agent.   If given to his agent. nbsp;I will provide a receipt to the buyer through an email for his signature to approve that his agent can receive the title.   That signed receipt will then be emailed back to me. so that I can physically hand it to the agent for his signature. that he has received the title upon pick-up.    

Paypal is the only acceptable form of payment for the deposit.   The balance of the payment is due in full within 7 days of the end of the sale.
