Up for sale is my 1953 Ford F100. This truck is a classic work horse. It has a rebuilt 300 with an automatic overdrive transmission. The engine has right around 67000 miles on it and I know the 300 will run well over 200k so this truck has a lot of life still. The transmission shifts good and the truck drives like a dream. The truck could probably use new brake pads by the end of the summer I noticed recently the brakes are starting to squeak a little. This truck has most modern luxuries including power steering. power brakes. electronic ignition. vintage heat/ac. 10 disc CD player and a hook up for a cell phone. The truck also has new wiring throughout and auto meter gauges. This truck is on the original frame but neither the frame or body have any rust. This is a really nice solid truck that will last many years in the right hands. The bed has a steel floor which I almost prefer. You can still use it as a truck and haul things in the bed without having to worry about scratching anything. I have the truck for sale locally so I reserve the right to take it down at any time. Also the deposit due at the end of the auction is non refundable. The story on why the paint looks the way it does is because it had a carb fire at some point. That was many years ago and its had the 300 put in and a lot of other work since then. It's only cosmetic and I didn't really mind it so never painted it.
