This is an amazing example of a well cared for '53 2-door hardtop that is original as can be found! This factory correct Siren Red Monterey is truly a find for those of us that love to see them as they were built. it is such a pleasure to see (and drive!) an unrestored 63 year old vehicle in such well cared for condition! She's powered by her original 255 Flathead V8 and shifts gears with the  Merc-O-Matic automatic transmission. The engine is so smooth. it's hard to know it's running! It has both power steering and power brakes which were a "big deal" in this era of course. You'll love driving this cool Mercury and you'll be proud to take her to the shows.
