FOR SALE: 1 Option Loaded Matador Red w/black interior 1968 Plymouth Roadrunner 440. Automatic.
THIS LOW MILES CAR HAS NEVER HAD RUST & IS THE MOST SOLID B-BODY YOU WILL EVER SEE!
The details of this build will astonish! The well applied paint changes color in the sun from red to orange. 440 engine starts with ease. runs smooth & the extra cubes hidden behind 383 emblems adds huge amounts of power to the wheels! New 3" dual exhaust! Suspension has been rebuilt. the power steering is tight & the ride is smooth on 14" chrome Magnum wheels & original style Redline bias ply tires.
IT HAS A WORKING " Be-Beep " HORN ALONG WITH A WOODGRAIN RALLYE STEERING WHEEL & HORN BUTTON!
Clean Virginia title in hand that shows the 89K mileage is all original!
The interior is clean. complete & built for comfort. The Rally woodgrain steering wheel matches the woodgrain door panels front & rear. The seats have nice tight springs typical of a car with under 90K. The carpet is clean & the headliner tight. The factory tachometer works & the dash board/gauge cluster is flawless. No doubt about it: you will LOVE the interior & knowing that YOU alone control all this power!

A wonderful piece of American history that anyone would be proud to own & continue to improve. Happy Bidding!

                                                                       PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING:

Buyers are encouraged to see the vehicle in person: there is nothing to hide & I want you to be happy with the purchase! This vehicle is not flawless. For instance the original Bias Ply tires are not something a novice should use: more for slow speed or show cars unless you know the quirks involved. The vehicle recently required a new ball joint & upper A-arm & will need an alignment. The radiator isn't quite big enough for the enormous power plant. All big blocks run hot but so I would suggest something larger & newer.  Since this was built for show it does not have sure-grip. Despite the tight build & attention to detail this vehicle leaks to some small extent: oil. radiator fluid & trans fluid: many old cars do & did. All vintage vehicles need constant love & attention. expect that.

If distance keeps anyone from seeing the car in person I will be happy to speak to you: 540-384-7440 (call between 12 noon & 8:00 EST any day of the week). I have many more photos: undercarriage. interior. engine & body. I will be happy to send them to anyone who provides an email address. Bidding ends 10:00 in the evening EST the 16th of April. Winning bidders must pay a $100 non-refundable deposit. I KNOW right? That's not much. Final payment is expected 7 days after the listing ends by cash in person. Paypal (if you use friends/family option) or bank to bank wire transfer. I will be here to help after the listing is over to help get it delivered. loaded or if you plan to drive it home. The vehicle will be allowed to stay for 2 weeks after the end of the listing for free. $20. per week indoor storage after. (I am selling to get my garage back so I can focus on a 69 Superbee project. )

This is an as is. where is listing with no warranty expressed or implied.   Thanks for checking out my listing!
