All of the chrome looks new. A perfectly detailed engine compartment houses a rebuilt 235ci six-cylinder engine from a '57 Chevrolet. Use of this block provides crankshaft insert bearings under oil pressure instead of the original 'babbitt' design used in early Stovebolts. The 3-speed manual transmission utilizes column shifter. The interior is totally and correctly restored back to original. A comfortable bench seat is reupholstered in period-correct grey/brown vinyl. The classic dashboard holds a factory 'full gauge package' and the original AM radio (that works). Adjustable side vent windows provide cooling. Add the side-mount spare period-correct rubber stunning painted wheels Chevrolet caps and trim rings and you get the whole package. The current owner has pampered this truck for 13 years.
