IT IS A 3 SPD ON THE TREE. THIS VEHICLE IS IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION. THE WHEELS AND TIRES ARE IN GREAT SHAPE HAVING 95% TREAD. THE PAINT ON THE VEHICLE IS GREEN AND THE INTERIOR HAS NEW SEATS.
