1972 Buick GS Stage 1!  NO RESERVE!

Sloan Museum Documented Paperwork.   Numbers matching except for the Carb. which was rebuilt with a correct Quadrajet for a 455 Buick.    What can I say; I've owned it since 2000.   You can drive this car anywhere. but you will burn some gas!

This car was delivered new to Lee A. Folger Buick. Charlotte. North Carolina.    I even have phone #'s and contact info for previous owners.   I have called some. and they remember the car back in the day.   Saying things like. “oh yeah. that was the white one right?” They still remember it!

I'm not going to go on and on about this car.   This is 1 of 147 Stage 1's built at the Framingham MA plant for that year.    This is 1 of 627 Hdtp STG1 produced for 1972 with TH400 Auto Trans.

There are only two types of payment of will accept for this car: 1. Electronic Transfer of funds to my account.   2.   If you are local. cashier's check cut at a local bank while we are both present.

Take a chance; make an offer for a piece of American Muscle Car History.    85. 80 for mileage. I have no way to verify if that is true mileage. but I have no reason to believe it is not.    I have barely driven it in the 12 yrs. I owned it.    This is a hybrid. by the way. burns gas and rubber!  Just took it out for exercise. fresh gas. great tires and fully charged battery. Where u want to drive to?  Drive it home!

International buyers/collectors welcome.   Buyer to arrange and pay for all shipping fees.

Car sold as is. no warranty on vehicle or description.

Car Show ready!!  Thanks for looking!

On Jun-16-13 at 05:53:34 PDT. seller added the following information:

This is the Wikipedia explanation of the GM A-Body. "All GM A-bodies were completely restyled in 1968. The 400 cu in limit remained. In 1970 the 400 cu in limit was removed. mainly due to Chrysler's domination in the drag racing and muscle car market with larger engines and highest power rated engines available in nearly all models. This led each of the four GM divisions to offer their largest engines: Chevrolet's 454 cu in (7. 44 L) in the Chevelle SS-454. Pontiac's 455 cu in in the GTO. Oldsmobile's 455 cu in in the 442. and Buick's 455 cu in in the GS. "
