1969 Pontiac Firebird for sale
Okay. This is a 1969 firebird convertible.
Did you ever hear someone speak about " Gee. I wish I had the car I had in High School. "? We I still have my HS car. It was actually my Prom Dates' Brothers car. I got it from him.
I am the 3rd owner and have own this car since 1976. I have not used her since I deployed to Iraq in 2007. I want to sell were is as is and I do not need help selling. Since I haven't used it. I feel she needs a new home. I have all the stock parts including the original 350 motor and number matching turbo 400.
In her now is a 455 bored . 060 over with 7K3 heads (1971 400 heads) and Nunzi 241L cam. She also has ram air intake and exhaust manifolds and full crossover exhaust. Less than 4000 miles on the motor.
I have a ton of parts. two extra turbo 400 trannys. heads (62s and 6x4). Ram Air intake. stock exhaust. drums. front end parts. radio. front valance. tail lights. 14" and 15" wheels. rear spoiler. nbsp;6 quadrajet carbs. hood tach. posi unit and real axles. At least two pickup loads. Since I have this since the 1970s. I don't remember nor have an inventory of everything. But it is a lot. Ask questions.
She has a tilt steering wheel. power top and antenna. and power brakes as options. I bought the car in 1976 and have enjoyed it for many years. Need top and inertia and paint. I have seat covers and seat backs. She is drivable and her road worthy. AC is not installed. No rust through spots. just surface. I have PMD documentation.
As you can see from the pics there are a ton of spare parts. Heads. Manifolds. Carbs. distributers. gaskets. pulleys. AC parts. etc. All go with the car. nbsp;bring a pickup or two. But it's all there and all original.
I will consider selling the car without the parts. If it doesn't sell. I might bring her to Carlisle PA in June.
God has blessed me with only daughters. They do not share my enthusiasm of classic cars. Please someone who is not a "flipper" buy this ride. She is too nice to be abused that way.
Reserve is KBB value for a car in this condition. $2000 deposit is due at end of auction.
