Wonderbar AM radio. windshield washers.   WOW -- not only did this body-off restored car recently receive the NCRS Top Flight Award (scoring 97. 8 points). but it's also one of just 442 '61 Corvettes built with the RIDICULOUSLY RARE power convertible top!! Also one of 268 Heater Delete cars in 1961. Rare Rare Rare This car's nut and bolt restoration still looks VERY fresh. and will not disappoint.   This car's paint is in excellent condition. showing a stunning. mile-deep sheen.   Convertible top is in very good to excellent condition. with no rips. tears. thin spots. or stains. and a very good to excellent condition window.   All exterior glass in this car shows a correct date code. and all four headlights are correct T3 units.   Chrome bumpers are in very good to excellent condition as well. showing a recent finish.   Taillights look to be brand new and are in excellent condition. with the weatherstripping looking recent as well. and in very good to excellent condition.   Correct hubcaps and steel wheels are present. and are in very good to excellent condition. with BF Goodrich Silvertown wide whitewall bias-ply tires. which show an average of 12/32nds tread depth remaining.   The interior of this 1961 Corvette Convertible is just as nice as the exterior. looking to be all new with excellent condition seat covers. door panels. sill plates. gauges. carpet. dash pads. hardware. and seatbelts.   Steering wheel is in very good condition. and correct appearing Wonderbar AM radio is in place.   The engine in this car has been re-stamped. and therefore we are advertising it as a restoration engine with matching numbers.   Correct air cleaner. intake manifold. valve covers. ignition shielding. generator. hoses. and hose clamps are all in place. and the engine compartment is clean enough to perform open heart surgery in.   The car's frame is solid. rust-free. and just as nice as the engine compartment.   The NCRS Top Flight award is dated October 15. 2011. and photos of this car's body-off restoration and judging process will be included as well .   This car has been fully serviced. and all instrument gauges. lights. turn signals. brakes. engine. transmission and rear-end are all in good operating condition.   They just don't get any nicer than this -- call us before it ends up in someone else's collection!
