(b) FULL PAYMENT OF VEHICLE is required no later than 3 days after the sale ends.   Items will not be available for pickup or shipping until full payment is received and cleared by our local bank.  BUYER has 3 days to pay SELLER in full by OVERNIGHTING PAYMENT of a CASHIER'S CHECK. BANK WIRE TRANSFER or CASH IN-PERSON.    NO CREDIT CARD PAYMENT ACCEPTED FOR FULL PAYMENT.

(c) Customer/Buyer is responsible for Transport & Pick-up of vehicle at Seller's location.   Customer has 30 days from end of sale to pick up or make arrangements with me to have the vehicle stored.   All items are sold AS IS with no warranty of any kind unless specified in the ad. We reserve the right to remove any listing due to a local sale.  We also require that prospective buyer with feedback score of zero to contact us prior to purchase.  If you are the winning BUYER. nbsp;please be aware that purchasing this item on BUY-IT-NOW is a legally binding contract and the copy of the Ebay ad is your bill of sale/contract/purchase agreement. (d) Customer pays sales tax and registration in the state they are from. we do not collect it.   Please remember you are bidding on a used vehicle and must understand that there will be normal wear and tear on the vehicle.
