1962 Ford Galaxie 2 door club victoria

 mechanically sound for all around driving. does need cosmetic work. such as body work and paint. headliner is coming down at left rear. front seat needs recovering. I am going to try to remember and tell what has been done to make it a dependable driver over the last 2 years that I have had it. 4 new tires and brakes including master cylinder. new starter. battery and cables. new spark plugs. wires. distributor.  points. condenser.  coil and cap.   new holley 4 barrel carburetor. new fuel regulator. new shocks. transmission fluid and filter . cruise -o-  matic. heater and defrost works. all gauges work except gas gauge. NO RESERVE.  price starts at 4900. 00 for this auction. new power steering pump and hoses. still has leak  at control arm it needs a seal kit installed which i have new in trunk ready for you to install. engine is the original 390 special with 300 horse power. runs on premium or high octane fuel compression ratio is 9. 6:1. transmission is a cruise-o-matic numbers are; PCEG 21035. rear end ratio 3. 00:1.  NO RESERVE . got to make room. new starter. this car cranks. runs. drives and stops good. you can't beat the price for the dependability.   come look and test drive or send someone to look for you. as is where is no warranty. i reserve the right to end this auction at any time because i have it listed  in many places. numbers matching all original except holley carburetor which works great. shop service manual goes with sale. easy for repairs because the manual tells how to work on original car. i have a clear south carolina title in my name. price has been reduced  to 4900. 00 this is the minimum price i can and will sell for. this is the final asking price . firm. engine has not been rebuilt to my knowledge. new push rods . valve cover gaskets and exhaust manifold gaskets has been installed. every couple of tanks of 93 octane gas i pour a bottle of lead substitute inside the tank. engine does not smoke or use oil. some surface rust under floor and trunk pans. but no rust thru. engine has been washed and painted and new motor supports has been installed. this is the last time i am listing this car on ebay. so bid on it if you want it.
