This auction is for a 1942 Ford Super Deluxe Woody/Woodie Wagon.  It is said to be the rarest of the woody wagons. as only 586 were built with the seafoam exterior paint.  A similar vehicle (different color) sold at the RM Auction last year for over $170K. but my reserve is a fraction of that number. This one is believed to be the last one off the assembly line - there were two that were built for the Army. painted all green. and this came after those.  I have the owner's and service manuals. along with service records.  Mileage is 35. 00 original miles. and has not been rolled over.  Transmission is 3 on the tree and shifts nicely.  The V8 engine does not smoke. and sounds like a fine sewing machine.  The exterior vinyl and interior wood ceiling are in excellent condition.  The interior is extremely clean and has obviously been well cared for.  The body is 100% all metal. all original. with no repairs or bondo. The exterior wood. while it has no black spots. will need to be varnished. unless you like the look of the original patina.  The original chrome is in great shape.  Everything functions as it should. and it's a great driving vehicle.  Vehicle is sold as-is. where-is. with no warranties expressed or implied.
