1. Vehicle may be sold by the seller prior to the end of the auction. I reserve the right to end the auction early and cancel bids entirely at my discretion and shall not be held liable for such a cancellation.

2. Winning bidder is required to contact the seller within 24 hours after the close of the auction to complete the details of the transaction.

3. A $500 Paypal deposit is required within 24 hours after close of the auction. The Paypal deposit is non-refundable as ending an auction and not buying the vehicle is detrimental to the seller. Any refunds will be at the full discretion of the seller and are not guaranteed.

4. If the winning bidder does not contact the seller and submit a deposit within 48 hours of auction close. vehicle may be made available to the next highest bidder or qualified buyer on a first come. first serve basis.

5. For balance of payment I accept cash in person. money order. or certified bank draft or cashier's check.

6. The buyer is responsible for transportation and pickup once the transaction has been completed with full payment for the vehicle.

7. The seller has represented this vehicle to the best of his ability. Potential bidders should contact the seller for additional information or for answers to any questions.
