1967 Pontiac Firebird Convertible

Less than 1000 miles since my touches were added. The drive train rebuilt or new.

I do not know the miles on the car. Assume over 100k. Since I intended to update most everything affected by mileage there was no emphasis on keeping track.   I swapped out the old speedo for a high mile factory speedo. The original will be included.

I am not going to list every part and detail that was done. I will describe the major stuff and answer any detail questions anyone may have. The glary pictures aren't as good as they should be.

Motor: 428 cu. in. XF block. #62 Heads. Pontiac Tri-Power. HEI. Gear Drive. bored . 030".

Exhaust: Hedman and Magnaflow. ( Let's folks know what a muscle car sounds like)

Transmission: 4-speed w/ newer Camaro shift handle and boot

Rearend: 3:73. posi

Exterior : Body is in good shape. I had the lettering holes in the trunk filled and added the spoiler. Some paint was touched up.  I do not know the age of the paint. I believe the original color was blue.

Top: The top is black with plastic window. there are a couple of small cuts in it. I put it up only to wash  it or in the winter to put the car  away. so the top has not been a priority for me. Non- power. Boot and pouch new

Interior: Carpet. seats. door panels. sail  panels. door seals. and a bunch of other little things that add up fast from Classic Ind. are all new. It has an after market radio with a 3d printed face plate. ( will include original) dash speaker only. I did not want to chop new door panels or kick panels. Powder or Flaming River tilt.

Wheels: Fronts 225-17's and rear 245-17's. Included will be a set of 14" Rally II's with tires.

Parts: I would like to include a lot of parts that I took off  including stock column/ wheel. front sway bar. radio. emblems. etc.

The car runs very strong in town. To be a highway car it will need the rearend ratio swapped out. or 1 or 2 more gears in the transmission.  I built the car for me. not considering ever selling it. I just drove around town and back and forth to my shop on the weekends if the weather permitted.

Any questions email or call 402- 310 -3028. There is no warranty. Inspections are welcome and encouraged.

Test Drives will be Richards Rawlings style only. I let my brother-in-law take it for a spin last summer and for about 30 seconds I was wishing I was surrounded by air bags and lots of plastic. Too soon for that feeling again.
