This Mustang has been in the family since 1987. It was built in late 1964 in San Jose and it spent most of its pre-1987 life in California. It has been in Central Florida since 1992.
I encourage you to view the blog associated with the process of turning this car into a mild Restomod.

You might want to start at the bottom since that will be the first blog post. There is a link on the right side near the top of the blog that will take you to the photo gallery associated with the building of the car. There is a link at the end of the newest blog posting that will take you to a web album that has the pics associated with the selling of the car.

The car started out as a C-code with a 4spd manual transmission. All of the car's moving parts have been replaced with modern equivalents. Here is a list:

THIS IS NOT A SHOW CAR! I used this car as my daily driver for many years. It is set up for cruising down the highway in 5th gear running 70mph at 1900 rpms.
While I have driven this daily for many years. it has not been trouble free. The car is over 50 years old and it has been heavily modified by me. These two factors make the car not as reliable as a 2017 Mustang. You will need to have automotive repair skills in order to own this car. It is working fine now but that could change tomorrow.
The rear quarter panels were replaced a few years ago. There is essentially zero rust on the car. If you look close you may find a bubble but I do not remember finding any the last time I washed it. The paint is acceptable for a daily driver but to be honest. new paint would go a long way to making it look even better. There is some broken paint on the front air-dam and on the hood. so look at the pics closely.
The way this car drives after all of the modifications is SO much better than it was stock. This car is meant to be driven. not for shows or as an investment. If you want to enjoy a Mustang. in its natural element. you need look no further.
Please do not jerk me around. If you do not have $32000 or a reasonable offer. please do not contact me. Life is too short.
If you have questions. please message me.
