Alpine White exterior/Sand leather interior and just hit 149K (about 13K miles/year total. most on I476 highway to/from work in Allentown)-2006 was the facelift model year with updated styling.

M Sport Package (3. 0 M54 engine. M badging exterior/interior. 8×18-inch wheel upgrade; a full body-color aerodynamic kit including body-color side skirts as well as bumpers (not the ugly two toned paint);  a three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel; a sport suspension with stiffer springs and anti-roll bars; a Shadowline exterior trim; and eight-way power adjustable front sport seats with two-way manual thigh support.

Overall Condition

PA inspection and emissions w/ stickers valid until June 2017  A more complete list of recent repairs is shown below. A/C blows cold. There are no check engine lights lit and no leaks of any fluids.   All power windows/locks. panoramic sunroof. instruments on dash. lights etc work fine.  The car needs nothing mechanically and is one of the nicer cosmetically you will find.   I would rate the interior/exterior condition 9/10.  This car drives like it has 30K miles and I invite anyone looking for this model to drive this after others with less mileage. The engine pulls as hard as it did when new and virtually every wear & tear mechanical part on this car has been replaced and the bulk of them have been done recently. Alot of money has been spent on this car since 100K miles to replace all of the common BMW issues over 100K miles.

Exterior

No accidents or work has ever been done body since purchased in 2009. straight with no rust. The paint on the body is original and still has a rich shine to it.  The car was parked in a garage for the last 7 years and it looks that way.  The exterior is about as good as you will see for an original 2006 with only minor blemishes under close inspection on the rear bumper.

Interior

The interior of the car looks new with no tears or stains and has been well kept.   The BMW all weather floor mats replaced the original carpeted ones and are in great shape.   Everything in the interior is OEM stock. and there are no missing trim pieces or cracks in any plastic pieces.   The car comes with both OEM key fobs. original owners manual. spare tire. and jack/tools that came with the car new.  

Mechanical

Since I have owned the car in 2009. I have done numerous routine repairs all with OEM BMW parts done by a certified BMW mechanic/dealer. If you know this era of BMW's. these are all of the major things these cars need after 100K. then they are good for another 100K (as you can see. I have close to $9K in routine maintenance done in the past 40K miles).   The motors will go forever after that if you stay on top of oil changes and the cooling system.   Many of these I can provide dealer receipts for:
