2000 Mercedes-Benz SLK-Class

Very nice 2000 SLK 230. Has been garage kept and well maintained. Great shape for its age. it always turns heads. 2. 3L 4 cylinder supercharged engine with automatic transmission. The car is up to date on maintenance. Recent set of new tires all around with only a few thousand miles since replacement. Current inspection and registration. The car has only been used in summertime while we've had it.  
Here is a run-down of some of the options. and all are in working order:Air conditioning. power windows. power central locking. remote entry. leather heated seats. power retractable hardtop. cruise control. automatic dimming mirrors. Bose speaker system.  
The radio in the car has been changed to a JVC aftermarket unit that is Bluetooth compatible for music streaming and hands free calls. Works great with Pandora. The illumination color of the unit matches the rest of the interior. So. it blends in and doesn't look like an eyesore at night.  Unfortunately it doesn't cooperate well with the Benz's FM antenna. so it does not pick up radio stations well (usually not at all). The car still has the factory CD changer in the trunk (not hooked up). I also have the factory head unit that still works. it will be included in the sale. and it is easy to change it back out if you'd prefer to go back to the factory system.   
The car has all original paint (as far as I know) and it looks great. with a nice shine to it. But it does have a few scratches and chips. Keep in mind that these sorts of things do not show up well in the pictures. I have kept after them with a MB touch up pen set. I will include that for the new owner. Both I and the former owner have kept up with the interior as well. The center consoles and colored interior surfaces on these cars tend to chip and look VERY ratty over time (look carefully at the others on Ebay). On this car. the console was stripped down and refinished in black. It looks great. Overall the interior is in very nice condition. (I also have blue touch up for the interior. should you ever need it).  
Included is the leather owners manual set. one remote switchblade key. and factory floormats. I'll also throw in the Ipow cell phone mount (works great holding the phone while listening to Pandora with the top down!).  
We're selling our SLK because the family has grown. and we need a back seat! 
I can gladly pick you up from the Lancaster Airport (easy connections to BWI and Pittsburgh Int'l). or from Lancaster Amtrak. if you want to travel in and drive home. Or. how about a one-way car rental. to be dropped off at the Lancaster Airport. and drive the Benz back home? Lots of possibilities. Glad to work with the buyer on helping you get the car home.
