Basically its a standard proper log book endorsed 1275GT. I believe the engine not to be original as the numbers come back to a Metro engine so that has been replaced at some time. It shows under 300 miles as that's all i've done since I had the engine renovated and a new to me set of clocks installed.   I have had the shell bare metal and new floor. boot floor. rear valance. front valance. sills boot all professionally fitted. It has been re sprayed by a well known Mini company Palmer Brothers in Mottingham Kent. From there it went to Croydon Minis who have refurbished the engine and set the car up ready to drive. They then  installed  a 500 interior. black and silver seat. which alone cost £500. nbsp;new underlay sound proofing and carpets. They also installed the arches and brand new exhaust system along with new brake and fuel lines. Reconditioned door cards to match and a new roof lining. New door furniture in chrome was added. Cat one alarm immobilizer fitted along with a single face of Panasonic stereo and two new 8" rear mounted speakers. Also has 4 spot lights installed since photos and air horns. Chrome bits in the engine bay. Boot board kit in black. New 1275GT graphics. 10" Steering wheel.
  Once home I finished it all off with the help of a friend who was an original Mini apprentice many moons ago. Installing new wipers wiper motor etc. I think you get the idea. Have installed new cones brakes and hi lo suspension along with a brand new set of alloys as per pic. New top engine steady. Has a stage one kit fitted. Im sure ive missed somethings off but as I say come see it you will not be dissapointed.

Total spend on this car is over £10'000 but i'm a realist and I know what its worth and what I expect to get. Spent over 4 years getting it to this state. There is a genuine reason for sale which I will explain to anyone who is seriously interested.
  I hope that helps. I can and will if required take pictures of any part of the car for you.   If I was going to keep the mini I would of turned my attention to the engine bay and stripped it out had the engine bored and tuned to give me more power and completely refurbished the engine bay.
