Our Charger is in good / very good condition overall. with a straight mainly rust free body. No hidden crashes or dodgy repairs. It was a factory Hemi 6 car. but the previous owner changed it to V8. When looking at the car. you would think that it was a factory Sports V8 Charger. We have replaced the first V8 engine with a great running 318ci engine with 4bbl Holley and Edelbrock manifold. The 904 auto has now been replaced with a shift kitted 727 torqueflite. The radiator is 3 core. and is in good condition. Electronic ignition. 55amp alternator. Heater does work. and a reconditioned heater core is included. The engine runs very smooth. Twin exhausts.

The interior is in great condition. The 2 front seats are in great condition and still have the original vinyl. The rear seats are from a VH R/T Charger we had years ago. The dash pad is black and uncracked. Factory 770 Sports tacho. and the previous owner modified the factory console. and fitted speakers. oil. volts and other gauges. There are more switches. but I don't know where they go. The console looks awesome. The carpet is in good condition. and so are the door trims. There is a tape deck. CD player and 6 speakers. The black steering wheel is in great condition. but there is a brand new 3 spoke steering wheel to go with the Charger. The interior is complete including arm rest pads and bases. The roof lining is velour. but has sagged.

 We spent over $2500 fitting a 170 litre stainless big tank in the boot. Baffled. this tank is suitable for racing. The tank is secured by about 10 mounts. Twin fillers with flip top fuel caps. The tank needs a polish. but will be good for show and shine competitions. The original tank has been removed. as we had intentions to fit the spare wheel underneath the floor. The rims are factory W32 steel rims. 2 of them a 7 inches wide. The brakes work. but need to be bled properly.

The body is straight. A small amount of rust has appeared. but the rust is minor. The car has been stored undercover. The bottom of both the front and rear screens look to be rust free. The rust I can see is on the top of the LH A pillar. the bottom of the LH door. and a small spot on the LH rear 1/4 panel. There has been a repair on the RH boot floor. The sills. and underneath look good. The front and rear bumpers are straight. The car has a VJ 770 Sports grill. The front indicator bezels are Chrome from a VK. The bonnet and guards have been replaced as they were in very good condition. The Charger has not been involved in a crash. The car was previously resprayed in a burgundy metallic. The engine bay is still that colour. The previous owner was going to respray the car again for some reason.   The dovetail moulds are fitted.

Included with this car is about $3000 worth of brand new spares. The photos show most of the parts. including

The Charger is complete with a lot of new spares to finish the job quickly and professionally.
The Charger is in QLD  on the Gold Coast. Not many Chargers are for sale in QLD. Freight may be CheaperThe Charger is running and can be driven.
VJ Chargers are well sort after. and are a great investment.
Chargers are getting hard to find. and a lot of them now are overpriced. incomplete and poor condition Many need a lot more money spent fixing them up. Our charger is great value for money.

The Charger can be viewed at Labrador on the Gold Coast. My husband has a week off work. so the car can be viewed during the week or weekend. If you need to organize transportation. we have used Melcrest Transport in the past. Their number is 0410 536 194. If you wish to buy our Charger. please have funds available by the time the auction finishes. A $500 deposit is required within 48 hours of the auction finishes. Full payment within 7 days. A later pick up date can be arranged if needed. All freight and other costs are to be paid for by the buyer. We are not looking for any swaps / trades / lay bys etc. So please don't ask.

Pay Pal is accepted. but the fees are to be paid for by the buyer. It could be $300 or more. We accept direct deposit or cheque. Any payment must be cleared before the Charger will be released. The Charger is unregistered. and will be sold as a unfinished project. No RWC. I have listed the Charger honestly. There is no warranty. returns or refunds. Will be sold as is / where is. I am happy to take more photos. and give more information if needed. Please ask all questions before the auction finishes.
