This is a 3 owner S55 AMG with clean Carfax and Autocheck reports. No accidents. no paint or bodywork EVER; everything is original. This car lived in Tennessee. Naples. Florida. and one year in Maryland since new and has never seen a winter! This S55 has an excellent and complete service history at authorized MB dealers. Please let me stop you now if you are looking for an inexpensive. needy. or average S55 like most of them for sale. This is not that car. I am hired by clients to buy over thirty AMG and 600-series Mercedes each year. and I can tell you there are TWO things I look for: a car with an excellent service history in all-original mint condition This is that car. I then take it for two additional inspections. and whatever it needs. it gets. Now YOU don't have to pay to replace parts that the previous owner should have taken care of. It's all been done for the next owner. Ask any other seller if they will take their 2004 S55 for a full inspection and fix whatever is found. The answer will be “NO”. Please understand. with these cars. you get what you pay for. I paid top-dollar to get this car. because it was nicer than ALL other S55's I looked at for cosmetics and mechanicals. and then I made it even better. There are beater S55's. nice S65's. and mint S600's. This one is mint or beyond…. period.

-- This is a 2004 S55 AMG in 040 black paint over 571 charcoal leather interior. with matching charcoal carpets and headliner. It has root burlwood interior wood trim as well. It looks like a million bucks. with no rust. oxidation. or wear anywhere. This car was LOVED and it shows. with a clean carfax/autocheck as well. There is not a ding. dent. or scratch anywhere…it's unreal. But then again. with only 48K miles. it SHOULD look perfect! --

-- Exterior 9. 9 out of 10 - Amazing overall ORIGINAL condition paint. body. glass. and trim. No dings. No dents. This S55 looks amazing. with a deep shine to the black paint that's like looking into an endless mirror. This car looks great even under fluorescent light in a garage. Imagine getting a 13 year old black car with no swirl marks or spiderwebs in the paint…. amazing! --

-- The lower side-body moldings are in great shape. The chrome. rubber. glass. and trim is all excellent and original. No oxidation. fade. wear. etc. as you might expect of a 13 year old car. Look at the body panels. they are laser straight. --

-- This S55 is highly optioned. which is very rare for a 55-series car. It had an original MSRP of more than $123K! Options include keyless go. rear-side window shades. parktronic. distronic. dynamic front seats. trunk closer. executive rear seat package with separate HVAC/heat/ventilation/electric controls. multi-contour active cooled/heated front AND rear seats. New cabin filter. air filter. oil filter (and Mobil 1 oil). fuel filter. wiper blades. TPMS sensors. and much more for cloe to $10. 00!!!! Upgrades include USB hub. bluetooth phone with music streaming and Denison iPod input controller. and top-of-the-line 3M window tint professionally installed. Wow! –

  -- It currently wears 18” MB OEM AMG wheels. all true and in excellent condition. The Michelin tires are at about 20% tread remaining. but at the BIN price I will also include a set of brand new Continental DWS06 all-season performance tires. This S55 goes arrow-straight down the road at high speed with no shimmy. pull. or anything else. --

-- Interior 9. 9 out of 10 - The interior overall including all seating and door leather. seat padding. dash. console. wood. and carpets are in excellent and original condition. No dash cracks. carpet rips. basically zero wear of any kind in the interior. Even the driver's seat bolster looks new and unused! Everything looks and feels near-new. This is not the typical worn S-class - this car was a 48K mile garage queen every day of its life and it shows. These pictures are without even any type of detailing. just a wash and a vacuum off the truck to PA. There is no dullness or fade to anything…it's fantastic. All wood trim is dark and glossy without and cracks or fading. --

-- The door panels and wood trim are also in great shape. like the rest of the car. --

-- Even the trunk and spare are mint. spare and tools in place. --

-- Electrical 10 out of 10 - All lights. switches. radio. windows. wipers. seat motors/memory/pulse. and power mirrors work perfectly. Vacuum lock system. nav. remote keys. keyless go. interior lights all operating as they should. NO instrument cluster warnings. NO problems at all. --

-- The ABC system is operating properly with no leaks. The service history is excellent. and all documented at the MB dealer. The HVAC system is fast to respond. and operates perfectly with scalding hot heat and ice-cold A/C. Seat heaters and seat ventilation all working properly. Even the TPMS system. which NEVER works on Benzes of this age. is perfect! --

  -- Mechanical 10 out of 10 - Engine starts. idles. runs. and revs to redline in every gear smooth and strong with all 493HP present and accounted for. Transmission is smooth yet very aggressive. and downshifts eagerly to catapult you into the next county. No abrupt engagement. just silky smooth shifts. She runs at high speed with no vibrations or noises. There are no leaks. NONE. --

-- This S55 has passed THREE inspections with flying colors. A pre-purchase overall inspection with cosmetic inspection (scored a 4. 8 out of 5. 0 which is incredible!) and test drive. a suspension/brake/wheel/tire/exhaust inspection. and a Benz specialist shop has gone over the car as well. After their final and thorough inspection for any problems. the only things it needed were a windshield washer pump and a Mobil 1 oil change. Both of those were done. She's ready to roll. --

-- Engine is VERY strong and VERY eager to run. transmission smooth and ready to drop down two gears at your command to rocket you past slower traffic. Brakes are solid and pedal feel is firm. Suspension is tight like new. no worn tie rod ends. ball joints. struts. or anything else. Steering nicely weighted with no play in the box. ZERO leaks or noises. This car drives and handles like new. This S55 comes with all the books. tools. remote key. and line-list of EVERY SINGLE MB service visit since new. all the way back to day one!  --

-- This S55 does not have any signs of wear. no rubber rot. no leaks. no ABC problems. no lukewarm A/C. NOTHING. Everything is in fantastic shape. and at only 48K miles. it's not even close to broken in yet! --

Storage Terms: Once a vehicle has been paid for in full. we will store it free of charge for five (5) calendar days and at nineteen ($19) dollars per day after that.  

Liquidated Damages: In the event that the winning bidder refuses to honor his/her obligation to purchase the vehicle. we shall be entitled to liquidated damages from that bidder in the amount of two thousand dollars plus two hundred dollars per one thousand dollars of the total purchase price of the vehicle.
