Hello and thank you for stopping by. This auction features a rare and exquisite 1928 Pierce Arrow series 81 enclosed drive Limousine in original. unrestored condition. California history since 1943 now out of a long slumber ready for the proper restoration it truly deserves! The body is hand hammered aluminum over northern white ash and is in fantastic shape. ALL of the wood in the car is pristine with the exception of 3 top bows. What makes this car such a good candidate for a resto is the fact that with the exception of the parking light lenses and the front visor. it is COMPLETE! No need to chase rare and expensive parts! The car is as found and will remain that way. Starter is out of the car but present. There are many extra parts as well including a Pierce Arrow Philco radio w/controls. Also includes boxes of literature. I have over 200 detailed photos of the car that can be emailed at your request. Please ask questions BEFORE you bid. Car is in a well lit. heated shop if you choose to inspect it in person.   Buyer is responsible for shipping. I will assist in loading. A $500 Paypal deposit is required 24 hours after auction end.
