2/75 model Kombi van . Motor is  a 1700 cc twin carb.  In the pursuit of making it run right . it was treated to new rings and bearings . askets . econditioned heads and everything apart from a new distributor. till it was realised that the mechanics assessment that the  old dizzy was still good.  was wrong and  upon fitting a new one the motor ran perfectly . ut alas it had already cost too much time and money and the project was shelved.

The body is good by Kombi standards and rust pictured is  localized to the areas shown. The floor and chassis and sills are good as is the roof except for right hand back corner. The vehicle is more than 90% complete and an easy restoration for someone in the game or seeking a great base for a project kombi.   
The transmission is complete and hooked up and in good condition. s is the steering and suspension. It also has a new steering box. Electrics are all in place and working. To make it run  you would need a battery. lug leads. ew oil. n auto fuel cut-off valve and some fuel.  The brakes worked well at the time of shelving this project but I. guessing after ten years of sitting will need a full refurbishment.
