2005 Subaru WRX STI - Melbourne Victoria

For sale is my 2005 Subaru STI.   Just hit 100. 00 kms.   Close to a standard car with SPT (Subaru Performance Tuning) Parts added.   Roof vent. SPT air intake. SPT stainless radiator upper cowl and titanium engine brace bar. (STI).   Fitted with factory SPT  triple gauge pack which includes all original pick up sensors.    Only 2 non original parts fitted are the G-ready engine management system  and a Blitz Nur Spec exhaust (Valued at $2500).   The original exhaust has been retained and  will be fitted and suppled with the RWC for sale.

The G-Reddy engine management system is a E-01.   Research this on the internet if you wish as it is a very handy item which records all your stats on a loop.   I only ran it on standard settings as the STI doesn't really need much more power for road use.   This item was professionally installed by the previous owner and is pretty much incorporated neatly into the standard look of the car wiring.

Full Subaru service history with all my serving completed at Docklands STI.   The 100. 00 service has all ready been completed on this car and I fit the STI oil filters.   The air bag recall has recently been completed as per the Subaru dealer recall.   The rear shock absorbers were replaced with the correct Subaru replacements about 78. 00.    The car has had the 4 rotors replaced and runs the highest quality ‘red stuff' pads.  

I fitted the correct Bridgestone tyres supplied new with the car and have not played with the suspension at all.   It rides and drives as Subaru intended it.   When I looked for this car. I spent a great deal of time trying to find one as close to standard with low ks and it took 8 months!

Standard stereo CD player with Rockford Fosgate amp professionally fitted in the boot. Personalised registration plate remains on the vehicle with sale.   Has an WRX fire extinguisher seat bracket which bolts neatly to the front of the seat out of the way. Fitted with fire extinguisher.  

Few minor marks about paint and interior as expected with a 12 year old car. but nothing major.   The car has never been smashed or had repairs done other than service type items.   The car has never been smoked in and it is exceptionally tidy including all the original STI front and rear carpets and mats.

2005 WRX STI have the best engine / gearbox combination of the time.   The drive chain is unmodified and solid.   Upon sale. the only non Subaru part on this car will be the engine management display unit.   You will have to look hard to find another car in this original condition.
