Thank you for checking out my auction.  You are bidding on a 1972 Chevrolet Nova SS Tribute.  This car was purchased new in 1972 and was sold right away within the first 6 months.  The second owner was a personal friend and bought the car and had it stored in his garage for the last 38 years.  He decided to clear out the spot in the garage as the last tag on the plate was from 2001.  He was starting and waxing and changing the oil and that was about it. It had about 100 miles put on it from 1998 to 2009.  I am the third owner and purchased the car in 2010 and its been garaged ever since. The car has over gone a complete drive train freshen and is all ready for a new owner.  I'll try to cover everything. nbsp;
The body is in great condition. NO RUST at all and all panels are in great condition.  It is not a show car as far as the paint quality. Its a laquor finish and has spider cracks but is very. very good considering it was painted once in 1988.  The body is straight and the paint is flat and shiny it still will not disappoint you.  It looks good enough to respectfully show at a local car show. The car originally had the Ziebart undercoating installed and to this day there is no rust.
  It has never had any repairs or patches anywhere. It has all original straight panels.   The underside is clean and solid and in great condition.   The trim and chrome are all original and in great condition.
 The interior is all original and in great condition as well.   The only spot that can be faulted is the top of the back seat where the sun has made the seems in the seat come apart a bit.  The car is a bench seat column shift car from the factory.   A new heater box and fan was just recently installed also. It has had some gauges added beneath the dash which are original 1970's gauges .
 The drive train:  It still has a 350 turbo trans.  The engine code is a 1972 code build date.  The engine. trans. and rear diff. were all just gone through. .   The engine is a 350 4-bolt main . 060 over with casting number 487X (300 HP) cylinder heads.   It has the 300 hp camshaft and a quadrajet 4 barrel. There are a set of Hooker Supercomp headers and dual flow masters .   The transmission is a freshly rebuilt with a shift kit and 1800-2000 stall convertor.  The rear differential is a 12-bolt with 3. 55 limited slip.   It is all new with new Moser axles. new Richmond Gear ring and pinion. and new Auburn Gear limited-slip carrier.   There are also a set of Cal-Tracs rear traction bars.  The shocks are all new all the way around. The drive shaft is new and the u-jounts are new as well.  Also recently installed is an aluminum radiator and power disk brakes.
 The wheels and tires are 15 x 7 front rally's and 15 x 8 rear rallys with new staggered width tires.
 This car is ready to go and can be driven anywhere. It only has 57. 00 original miles. You will not be disappointed!!!  I reserve the right to end the auction early due to local sale.
  Buyer must pay a $1000. 00 deposit within 24 hours of the end of the auction and in full within 7 days of the end of the auction.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping or pickup costs and arrangements.   I will do as much as I can to assist in shipping arrangements.  Will only accept COD. wire or certified funds (will pre approve check or wait to clear).
