They should have called these the "Indestructibles". but instead Toyota just simply gave these little haulers the humble "pickup" name. But no matter what you call it. when you can find a fine example like this 1985 Toyota with cold-blowing A/C. you get excited.


You likely already know this truck well. It was the vehicle that got you through school and/or never gave up on the jobsite. But the best part is the condition of this example. The recent professional respray of the factory-correct red and the amazing straightness of the 30+ year-old panels feels like a time machine that lets you reconnect with that bygone era. The same exceptional level of presentation/preservation is found on the inside. too. The perforated tan vinyl bench looks great. It matches nicely with the door panels and dash. The position of the factory steering wheel and gearshift have a bit of a sporty feeling. This includes the factory AM/FM stereo. cruise control. cup holders. and ice-cold air conditioning that has been upgraded to R134a for easy servicing.


Under the hood is what makes these Toyota pickups so desirable. The 2. 4-liter 22R motor is the backbone on which Toyota has built their reputation for reliability. That's why it should be no surprise that the truck still has its original motor. It also fires up and runs like a good Toyota should. It's this level of originality that will make this pickup a true stunner as the market starts to get nostalgic for these tough Toyotas. But more than just collectability. the pickup has a lot of work and play left in it. too. Once we have received the funds. we will prepare the car for international shipment through one of our approved land and ocean carriers. We file all the necessary documents for export. deliver the car to a US port. secure it in containers and board an ocean carrier. We can land a vehicle to any port worldwide handling container traffic. We export cars regularly and are familiar with export requirements. You. or your agent. are responsible for Custom clearing the vehicle and registration in your own country.
