This 1949 Ford F-1 combines the best of old-school looks on the outside. extra comfort on the inside. and a powerful V8 upgrade under the hood. In other words. here's your new favorite ride.



The Ford F-1 is arguably the best-looking post-war trucks. While they all have a basic industrial attractiveness. this specimen is definitely a cut-above because of its tasteful customizing. The freight train-like intimidation of the bold. tall grille is emphasized further by modern glossy red paint. This intimidation continues down the body with the lowered stance where the two-piece wheels hide a more aggressive modern tire. And the color-matching matching bedcover is a downright sporty upgrade. But underneath it is the old-world charm of a real wood truck bed that can still get to work. And that's the underlying theme to this pickup subtle improvements but never loses that vintage workman spirit.



Open the door to see an interior with all the right upgrades. The bold exterior red returns. but now it's joined by the dark gray of the split-bench seat. This later model addition has modern bolstering covered in cloth. and it provides an all-day comfort that a 1940s bench never could. Plus. you have the choice of seating three total. or folding down the armrest for bucket-like individual comfort. There's a Grant GT steering wheel. and beyond that are a full set of VDO gauges. But even with all these upgrades. the original-style dash means you retain the vintage atmosphere that makes this classic pickup so desirable.



Under the hood is a great-looking 350 cubic-inch small block V8. This comes with a whole host of Edelbrock upgrades. including the air cleaner and valve covers that are easy to spot. as well as the Edelbrock Victor JR performance intake and Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor that makes this feel powerful on the road. Add in a Holley fuel pump and regulator. and the truck is the definition of reliable power. This pickup was built to express everything that's great about the classic truck world. The long tube headers and dual exhaust offer a nice rumble of power. and the TH350 three-speed automatic transmission and independent front suspension make it a terrific cruiser.

Once we have received the funds. we will prepare the car for international shipment through one of our approved land and ocean carriers. We file all the necessary documents for export. deliver the car to a US port. secure it in containers and board an ocean carrier. We can land a vehicle to any port worldwide handling container traffic. We export cars regularly and are familiar with export requirements. You. or your agent. are responsible for Custom clearing the vehicle and registration in your own country.
