1965 Cadillac Eldorado

In 1965 General Motors dominated the Automobile market. as the largest manufacturer of automobiles in the world.
 At the pinnacle of the GM hierarchy. was Cadillac.  
The flagship of the Cadillac line. and of all of GM. was the Cadillac Fleetwood Eldorado.
At a time when Chevrolet produced 2. 75. 18 vehicles. Cadillac produced 2. 25 Fleetwood Eldorado Convertible Coupes.
2. 4 million Chevys. 2 thousand Fleetwood Eldorado Convertibles.
  The Cadillac Fleetwood Eldorado was the height of technology. performance. styling. and prestige World wide.   
No other manufacturer. anywhere could really rival the build quality. engineering. or advanced features of the Cadillac Fleetwood Eldorado.
Rolls Royce licensed GM Turbo Hydra-matic transmissions from Cadillac for all of their offerings in this era because there simply was not a better unit built.


I am a private owner and long time Cadillac-LaSalle Club member who acquired this Eldorado from a mature long term owner who sold it to me on a New Jersey "Actual Miles" title showing 30. 45 miles.  Now with 32. 42 and currently being driven.
