Mercedes w109 300sel 3. 5litre V8 Restoration project. vehicle engine starts and runs although a little rough. gearbox selects reverse and forward and vehicle will move under its own engine. brakes occasional stick on and will require a rebuild kit. Air suspension will pump up when connected to a compressor but front left airbag leaks and also front main valve for suspension. other valves appear to be in working condition. Therefore at present vehicle is on blocks to assist with moving around. Body is in nice condition. a few rust spots appearing in left hand lower door aperture. left rear boot wheel well and tow bracket are rusty. the main chassis of the car appears to be in very good condition with no rust.   interior trim is all there and will require new carpets and seat covers to bring the interior up to an nice standard. I bought the car for my son who is a mechanic to restore for me unfortunately he does not have the time to do this. Any questions please contact Steve on 96511817
