This car has been in my family since about 1963. It is a 1959 Silver Cloud six cylinder. Originally my father's. it passed to me upon his death in 1980. It has covered a little over 74. 00 miles since new. The car has been driven on a consistent basis over the years. It has been very well maintained over the years.

In 1984 it was given a glass out repaint with the original factory ICI nitrocellulose lacquer. Carb covers. valve cover and intake manifold were powder coated. Interior wood was refinished at the same time. Front seat was recovered in original Connolly hides and rear seat redyed.

Brakes have been rebuilt using components from White Post. Stainless steel sleeves in master cylinder and wheel cylinders. new hoses and linings. including servo. Brakes work very well.

Radiator was recored and water pump rebuilt.

Carburetors have been rebuilt. new fuel pumps.

Complete Stainless Steel exhaust.

Transmission has been rebuilt. Power steering cylinder has been rebuilt.

A/C is the Overseas Motors trunk mounted version and works very well. even in Texas heat. Auxiliary electric fan has been fitted and original compressor was replaced with a Sanden rotary unit.

Electric windows work very well as motors and brakes have been replaced as necessary.

The car has always been garaged and is in very good original condition with no rust.

 The lacquer paint is not pristine. but still shows very well.

Numerous parts new and old and Parts and Service Manuals will accompany the car.

This car will bring years of reliable enjoyment to a conscientious owner.

 This car runs and drives close to new .
