Redundancy forces sale!Up for sale is my personal import BMW 840Ci. which I have owned for nearly 15 years. Brought over from the UK when I emigrated to Australia in 2005. and has never let me down.  
I did intend to restore fully. but my recent redundancy has bitten hard and. she has to go :( 
Please note. pics form part of description and am available on 0408 146 352 to answer any questions.  
The good:- Superchipped . producing 310bhp & 460NM Torque. The things goes hard!- Rego until May 2017- New discs- New pads- New ASC+T module- New Alarm Module- New ASC+T mechanism under the bonnet- New wiring harness- 2x New batteries
The bad
- Driver door handle NOT working. Well known problem with the E31. and part very difficult to find. I open the windows and open the door that way :) - Seats no longer recline to allow passengers in the back. Frankly. there is NO space in the back for my 6 year old daughter. so this might or might not matter.  - Needs 2x brake wear sensors- Horns not working  - there is a break in the cable. but have 2x FIAMM units to go with the car- Wheels have gutter rash- AC is not working. Requires a condenser - a cheap fix. but it is hidden behind the dash. which is a 3. 5 hr job to remove.  
The ugly
- Paint is shocking. Needs respray. Chips and scratches in the photos tell a story- The interior roof lining needs recovering. The Australian heat has killed it. - The car will need a set of suspension control arms / tie rods as there is shimmy at 90kmh and also a noise when turning right.  

This is an honest car which would suit an enthusiast. that doesn't mind to focus on the cosmetics of the car to restore to its former glory . Mechanically the car is great. but age has crept in. and needs some money which I just don't have to spend.
