1955 Mercury Convertible. This is a car that a restoration was started and never completed. All the chrome was removed and the body was taken off the frame. The chassis was sandblasted and was painted. The body was put back on the chassis. This car is very solid. it has original floors and trunk pan and is in great shape. It is very hard to find this solid of a car on the east coast. The only rust on this car is a little on the bottom of the front fenders and there is a small spot on the drivers rocker panel that is very easy to repair. There is a small amount of damage on the passenger front fender that can be straiten. We believe all the chrome is there. a good bit of it is marked. The two main things that are missing is the windshield (that can be bought new) and the rear seat. The front seat. side panels are there but need redone. We also have the original radio. There is a reasonable reserve so bid to own. If you have no feedback please email me before bidding.
