Jaguar Mark 10

 PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS VEHICLE IS AVAILABLE FOR SALE WITHIN AUSTRALIA OR EXPORT TO UK AT ADDITIONAL COST.  I have three big Jaguars to sell a 63 Mark 10 3. 8 . a 65 Mark 10 4. 2. 67 420G and the subject of this add a 65 4. 2 Mark 10. The vehicles were all licenced limousines and subject to an extensive service and maintenance schedule with tax invoices to prove. They had to pass 6 monthly machineries and the 65 has completed many many Weddings and Formals. The body was repainted professionally in the last few years. Interior trim has been converted to velour and the LHF door card will require a new backing card. but this will be replaced upon sale. The burr walnut trim is original patina. but still for age in GC. The trim is red and the  carpet is Red. The carpet and door rubbers were all replaced when the vehicle was repainted. The engine and gear box were rebuilt in 1998 and the gear box has a stencil mark. Just serviced the gear box and  I am advised is clean and in top order. I have also just replaced the rev counter generator and re-bushed the steering column. Many new parts particular to this model are supplied with the vehicle eg new front rotors (I did not need same when calipers were overhauled). suspension rubbers. master cylinder plus too much to list.  Owners/workshop/service manual and original tools are also supplied with the vehicle. All glass is in good order with a new screen and screen rubber fitted 2014. The vehicle has been upgraded with addition of under dash A/C and all new components (cost at the time about $3k). Suspension was overhauled 2014 together with new sump seal. timing cover and diff seals at a cost of about $10k and I have evidence of same. and many more dollars have been spent maintaining this example over the years I have owned her and she will make a new caring owner happy I am sure. The rear outer bearings have also been replaced. Koni shocks fitted to rear and Gaz front plus a stainless steel exhaust system. Triple carbs overhauled and a separate Choke switch installed. All readings are sound across the gauges and operating temperature on road is 70 degrees at highway speed.   Front headlights replaced with halogen so they do light up the road at night. CD player fitted. Front and rear calipers over hauled 2014/15. Booster replaced as well. I have contact with a vehicle export company in Brisbane and it will cost about A$5k to export the vehicle by container including insurance and delivery charges to UK port. but excluding VAT. Subject to payment happy to arrange delivery to Brisbane port for export and put the buyer in contact with an export company. The Speedo has been overhauled and the tacho checked for operation. I know the engine and transmission were overhauled by the previous owner and he bought the vehicle when it had 7. 00miles on it using it as a family car travelling throughout Australia.  My service schedule is engine and suspension every 3 months regardless of Kms travelled and the automatic every 12 months.  Serious enquiries please as I have already been stuffed around. Asking price I think is fair considering that this is an excellent example and good road worthy cars are getting scarce. Any low offers will be rejected.
