Selling on behalf of a friend;

Porsche 911 SC 3. 0 litre. Guards Red. Black Leather Interior.

The car hasn't been run since 1996 and at that point it was taken off the road for some cosmetic works doing to it. unfortunately although the project got started he lost interest in order to build an house instead so has been stood for 17 years only turning a wheel out of garage onto trailer the into garage again at new house. It is in exceptional condition for the year probably also due to it being imported from California in 1990.

Although the car had a respray in the mid-nineties as part of the refurbishment process it does come with slight faults. there are a couple of bubbles in the paint work ( I presume from where the paint had been chipped or broken the surface enough for moisture to get in). all the carpets and leather upholstery was also renewed at the same time. he had just stripped had powder coated and refitted the wishbones. The engine was sound and faultless when last run. but he did strip off the ancillaries (eg; inlet manifold. carbs. fan. etc) ready for refurb but never got round to it. As seen in the photos all parts are in the box. The last MOT the car had done 130994 miles but the speedo broke so was replaced with one that reads kilometres although the old one is still in the garage. It was a weekend car and not a daily runner so will only have done within 3 to 5000miles of that before stored.

The car has service history from California and England.

It has a after market sunroof. cd multi-changer. original upgrade BBS alloys. For somebody who knows what they are doing it would probably take a day or two to get it running. A great project car for somebody.

The brakes had an overall before being stored including; discs. pads. brake lines where applicable. pistons. etc.

Also tyres where new.
