1991 J reg VW Scirocco Scala 1. 8i

An original. unmodified Mk2 VW Scirocco Scala injection in green with immaculate checked grey cloth interior. manual 5 speed gearbox with 140. 00 miles. This is the less common non-sunroof model in excellent condition. it has a couple of stone chips on the bonnet as after all it is 25yrs old but there's absolutely no rust and hasn't been welded.

Mk2 Scirocco's are becoming rare in the UK with less than 250 on UK roads now. It's an appreciating classic and is great fun to drive and always attracts attention.  As a Scala (one of the last versions of the GTi/GTX Scirocco's) it has the 1. 8 8v GTi K-Jetronic engine and runs perfectly. Mechanically the car starts. runs and drives without any issues. It comes with three keys and a massive pile of history and receipts. It's just had a thorough service including engine oil and filter. air filter. spark plugs. plug leads. distributor cap. nbsp;alternator belt and a new exhaust. It has a current MOT until March 2017 and is ready to drive away. The original 5x VW snowflake alloys (inc alloy spare)and spacesaver have recently been refurbished and brand new Firestone 185/60/14 tyres fitted.

Reluctant sale. the only reason for selling is change of jobs and I need the space. Open to sensible offers. The car is advertised elsewhere so I reserve the right to remove the advert at any time.
