For sale my beautiful Volkswagen Type 2 Early Westfalia  Camper Van 1970  (46 Years old )

Timeless original condition. (Apart from Sony Bluetooth Radio & new curtains specially imported in original style from Japan)


6 months MOT and tax exempt. serviced in July 2016


Imported from Arizona and has had a complete restoration. front panel replaced everything else original (except paintwork).

Recondition engine. van has been wax oiled underneath and a few hundred restoration photos are available.


This camper van is Left Hand Drive and is in really beautiful condition.  she is reliable and ready for her next road trip. Left-hand drive has never been an issue for me and of course being left hand drive means she is perfect for European road trips! This a gorgeous van and drives really well. best held at around 60-65mph is most comfortable . she's a a lady that is getting on and deserves to be treated well. I'm selling her for an older model!


The rear elevating roof opens and closes very easily .  The van can sleep a family of four (or a version of); 2 children in the hammocks and 2 adults below on the rock and roll double bed and has a leisure battery fitted. 12V sockets and a 240V socket with electric hook up.


She is a real head turner. great fun camping and festivals and attended a few prom nights. She has won several camper van 'Best in Show' Awards too.


Three-point Seat belts and lap belt in the rear and three-point seat belt on buddy seat. Sony radio with Bluetooth connectivity


Elevating roof canvas was replaced in 2013. new hammock canvas replaced this year.


The odometer reads 63'300 but this cannot be verified.


The seats and cushions are all totally original and excellent condition. Also have the original sink and fridge unit.


Van has been featured in the ‘Camper & Bus' magazine (2013)  & a copy comes with the van.


Recent work van has had;

New OSR wheel bearing. seal. hub nut. brake drum and steering coupling.

Front suspension stripped and re=greased

New headlight relay

Re-grease and adjust front wheel bearings
