MODIFIED MORRIS MINI MOKE
Great fun to drive and a real head turner.
I don't have much history about this car but it spent most of its life in sunny Malta and returned here in March 2015. In Malta it was registered as a Mini Moke saloon. Registered in the UK as an historic vehicle - so NO road tax. The MOT expires in April 2017 and according to the government may well be MOT exempt by then. Very cheap to insure as a classic car. 998cc engine that runs brilliantly. starts every time and smooth gear changes. it appears to have had a new radiator fitted recently. I'm no mechanic but everything seems to be running fine and both MOTs since returning to the UK have had no advisories.  The exterior of the Moke has been professionally wrapped in desert camouflage and looks great. this is set off by the black bumpers and stainless steel grab rails and checkered panels.  The seats have been fully re-upholstered and new carpets have been fitted. Seat belts have been fitted all round with five point belts in the rear. There is a locking storage space at the rear. Great looking wheels and plenty of tread on the tyres. I have tried to find out a bit about Mokes and it appears there were multiple variations in the early years and to illustrate this there is a photo of a Military Police Moke from the same era. Only selling as I desperately need the garage space for an MGA. Low starting price and no reserve so grab a bargain and happy bidding.
