I have for sale this absolutely stunning 1978 MG Midget. It has been owned by a Husband and Wife since new and only passed to the husband on the sad death of his wife. The car was subjected to a full restoration in the 1990's and has always been kept in their garage.
The paint work is immaculate with no areas of rust or bubbling anywhere. The Minilite Wheels are like new as are the tyres. The interior is original and in great condition having been covered with real sheepskin covers since new. The soft top is great but the passenger side window will need a repair.
The history file with the car is exceptional. The file contains the original purchase receipt and Ziebart receipt as well as the certificates for the ongoing Ziebart Maintenance Services.
Every MOT is present confirming the mileage of just over 85000 as genuine. The file of receipts is staggering with what appears to be a receipt for every large and small purchase/service of the car including one for restoration work in 1996 for almost £3000
This car needs to be seen to be appreciated and is available to view in Cardiff. South Wales. Any inspection is welcomed.
