1997 Porsche 911

This is a 2 owner Southern California. 6-speed. sunroof coupe with hard-back sport seats.  The second owner purchased it from a dealer at approximately 8000 miles when it came to California.  The car has always been garaged and belonged to a non-smoker.  It has a clean Carfax and 95. 00 miles on the odometer.  Glacier White on Classic Gray leather.  The exterior paint is in excellent condition.  The paint is all original save the sunroof (resprayed due to a scratch) and the passenger door which was resprayed presumably by the first owner.  The frame has  been checked and there is no evidence of any damage.  There are a few minor yet typical paint blemishes on the drivers door handle. right quarter panel (touched up) and the right quarter at the plastic guard Very small. see photos.  The interior is excellent with normal yet minor wear of the drivers bolsters. one 1/4" mark on the drivers door leather. a small ornament has  been affixed to the climate control panel (about 1/2" in size).  All gauges and controls work as they should.  The engine performs admirably and does not labor.  The transmission shifts smoothly through all 6 gears.  The car pulls strong. There is no smoke and no oil on the ground under car.

Books and manuals are included as well as complete service records from time of second owner.  Service  book is stamped

This car is in remarkable condition however as you might expect in a 24 year old car there are issues and these include:

1.  AC works but does not blow cold

2.  Clutch works as it should but releases just above half way up.

3.  Rear left passenger seat does not fold down.

Known service performed:

1.  Normal maintenance performed at regular intervals

2.  Valve job and belts at 48k miles.  

3.  AC repair at 79k miles

Original condition:

    The car is all original except for the white gauges. the stereo and speakers as well as the Momo shift knob and the E-brake handle.  Oh. and the wheels were upgraded to Turbo Twists and chromed somewhere along the way. The stereo sounds wonderful and performs much better than the stock issue.  There is a multi-disc cd player in trunk.  There is a hard wired battery trickle charger in trunk.  Car comes with jack. spare and tool kit.

Correction:  While the "details" are correct. the item specifics have two errors.  The car is white not red and the mileage is 95. 00 not 69. 00.  There is no buy it now price.
