AUDI S2 2.2 20V TURBO QUATTRO ONLY 69K DOCUMENTED MILES

This is my listing for my much loved Audi S2 2. 2 20V Quattro in Ming Blue. This is a 1996 ABY version and the last of this model. with a genuine. only. nbsp;69K miles (Mileage checked) backed up with all service receipts and MOT's back to when she left Audi in 1996. The original mats are still in the front!!

I have owned this vehicle for a few years now and have invested a lot of my finances bringing her up to the quality she reflects now (Not that the quality wasn't there before)

The vehicle underwent a full mechanical check from an Audi VAG/TEK friend of mine following purchasing it and I requested for it to be thoroughly checked over mechanically.

The vehicle has a recent fresh MOT.

I am also selling all original parts that were removed should someone want to go to the concours standard. That is suspension. brakes etc.

I am also selling it with a perfect set of spare Ellipsoid headlights currently on the vehicle with the white cathode conversion HID. I have also sourced a near perfect set of original UK spec rear lights as the vehicle has the preferred US spec lights on at present which are mint.

Because of the age of the vehicle and worrying someone might run into the rear. I had a further (non drilled) high intensity discreet bespoke LED high level light fitted which further brings the vehicle up to today's standards and also protecting that valuable rear end!! This can be removed if not wanted also for authenticity purposes.

The leather interior is a lovely contrasting. originally named 'Cognac Brown' but appears lighter than this. The seats are in amazing condition seeing as this car is 20 years old and certainly also reflect (as do the car mats) its authenticity and low mileage. The drivers seat has a little wear to the side but is not torn nor are there any tears or damage elsewhere. I was going to have the leather completely detailed which will add worth but perhaps the new owner may want to do that if they want them looking as new from the showroom.

The dash has the usual refined look of the S2 further complimented with blueish defined carbon fibre inserts as shown in the pictures. All lights and display are working. there are no missing segments on the electronic display.

Carpets are all good in blue also and as mentioned above. the car still has the original mats from new although just starting to get tired. They have been retained for authenticity also.

Boot and spare wheel. jack all as original although the spare is a 16" original Avus with the standard tyre which is more or less the same size as the new 18" Avus wheels with the lower profile tyre.

I have recently picked up a small chip in the front passenger Ellipsoid headlight (I have a near new pair with all brackets in tact and not cracked) I have a cracked indicator Hella housing inset in the bumper. these are easy enough to source.

The previous owner had the front. sides and rear lower valances (Normally grained black) painted to match the car. the paint is lifting on the lower rear valance but a minor paint repair.

As mentioned above. I have a huge book of receipts going back to the original owner for this vehicle. All numbers match and all MOT's match work completed most of which is through Audi dealerships. The vehicle does not have the original service schedule in it. but as a professional person and having perused every single receipt and bill. I bought the car knowing it's authentic and true to it's history.

All in all. this is a beautiful unmolested example in one of the best colour combinations from factory you could hope for. I am selling this to pay for another large van project I have. this is the only reason otherwise I would keep her knowing their value is going north up to a thousand pounds a year.

I have seen similar vehicles to this (not as well looked after or original) and to my knowledge hardly any of them were below 100K miles some twice that north of 10K so I think this asking price reflects some of the afore-mentioned minor items left that would have been done but still includes over £2k's worth of parts.

I do not want to swap this vehicle. this is a classic car wanting a new home for an enthusiast to take over what been started in her history and cherish her for years to come knowing she's going to pay back her investment and more.
