This could be a huge mistake but I'm putting it up for sale anyway to see if there is any interest. I've been offered a MK2 Golf turbo so just fancy a change.
This is my M50 powered 325i E30 convertible.
I've owned it for roughly 4 years and it's been super reliable and was even used as a daily until last winter.
So the car itself had a fully respray shortly after I bought it (can email pics over on request). The underside is solid as a rock and my machanic always checks it at mot time and says how solid it is so no worries there. I've got a new tin of wax oil to go with the car too.  It also benifits from a headers back custom stainless steel exhaust. the exhaust on it when I bought it was far too loud so I ask for an extra mid box to be fitted to quieten it down. it's nice and rasp'y now but only when you accelerate hard. no drone on the motorway etc. It's got coilovers fitted. these are quite a firm ride to be honest.
It's got a very popular and expensive engine upgrade. It's fitted with a M50 2. 5l engine from an E34 525i. same engine in an E36 325i. supposedly they're 198bhp from the factory but I've not tested it. It has a limited slip diff to cope with the extra power.
It's had frequent oil changes and new plugs last year. I also replaced the disc and pads all round in June. It also had a new power steering pump and aux belt done 2 months ago.  It passed the MOT with no issues. expires June 2017. It's done pretty much zero miles this year.
The interior is black leather and in decent condition for its age (I've recently dyed it all).
Central locking works great and opens both doors and the boot which is super rare by all accounts.
The roof is in good condition and don't leak at all really.
Bad bits:
Paint needs someone who is good at detailing to give it a good flat polish and wax to really bring out a deep shine.  Front seats have a few small rips.  Door cards are a bit blown with age. Needs a 4 wheel alignment really. I'll do it if I get time.  Small mark on passenger side wing.  Rear chrome bumper is peeling slightly underneath. The coilovers are stiff.  Tyres aren't the best make.
Just being totally honest as it's the things on my list to do to the car if I keep it.
To be brutally honest I think I'm making a big mistake advertising it but since it stopped being used daily it's just sat on the driveway under a cover.
£5500ono Please don't make any offers unless you've been to view it.
This car will not go down in value and that's a fact.
