1962 AUSTIN HEALEY MKII

 

This wonderfull car is a AH MK II Works Rally car ( replica)

First registered  in 1962

FIA registered / Passaporrto Tecnico CSAI / FIVA passport

Fully restored in 1996 by Momo Corse

Strenghtened 3000 cc engine with triple Webers

Recent new 5 speed Getrag gearbox

New Dennis Welsh seats

Overall very good condition

Engine runs very well ; good oil pressure; starts on the button

Very nice Rally History

This car has been driven by Andyson in numerous rallyes between 1998 - 2002 : San Remo. Elba. .

Imported in Belgium in 2005 and competed in all major rallyes as ; Tulpen Rally. Historics Ypres. Legens Boucles de Spa. Criterium des Frontieres. Coupe des Alpes.

Hi

I am based in Scotland, UK. I would like to know a bit more about the Healey and it's condition. I see it has been rallied - does it need much work? I would be looking to use as weekend car.
